Your account details (name, email, phone), the information your employer enters about your work (attendance, leave, payroll, performance, documents), your job seeker profile if you create one, and what you post or send in the Community and Messages. If you clock in, we read your location once, at that moment, and only after you allow it. We never track your location in the background.
To run AjoWork for you and your employer, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data and we do not send confidential HR data to outside AI services.
Employers see only their own company data. Pay details are limited to people your employer has allowed. A job seeker phone number stays hidden until the seeker accepts an interview invitation. Talent Check information is shared only with the candidate consent. Community posts show your company name unless you post anonymously, but we keep the real author on record for moderation and lawful requests. Private messages are not routinely read.
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, uploaded files are private, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
We keep data while the account is active and for as long as the law or legitimate business needs require, then delete or anonymise it.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent (for example hide your job profile or stop sharing Talent Check information), or complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Contact us at support@ajowork.com.
